To enhance your shopping experience with us we put a lot of effort into developing our website. To ensure safe, hassle free and quick deliveries to our customers we keep most of the products displayed in our web shop on stock. We handle returns and claims a quickly as possible both over the phone and email, should you ever encounter any problem with a product from our shop. We constantly work to make sure that you will get the best possible service before, during and after your purchase in our shop.
You can use the following credit cards at TTEX: VISA, MASTERCARD, EUROCARD, AMEX. TTEX uses encrypted data transfer. Payment and personal data are always handled over safe Internet sites. We have close cooperation´s with VISA, MasterCard and AMEX (Verified by Visa, MasterCard Secure Code) to offer you a safe and secure payment process. Your credit card information is immediately encrypted so that no one but yourself can access or make use of it. Invoice (only for Swedish customers) Private persons have 15 days credit time when choosing invoice as payment. You have to be 18 years or older for choosing invoice as payment. Companies and municipalities have 30 days credit time when choosing invoice as payment.
We´re never going to have higher price levels than any of our competitors in Sweden - that is a guarantee to our customers! If you find a product at a lower price in another Swedish online retail store, and can show this to us - we´ll match the price to make sure you´re happy shopping at TTEX! This price guarantee does not apply for items on sale.
The staff at TTEX care for our customers. Many of our staff is active within the table tennis which gives us a great knowledge and understanding of the market and its trends. We can help you with all the matters from finding you the right rubber or blade to measuring the size on a shoe. Do not hesitate to give us a call if you have any questions.
All our orders are shipped with Post parcel or DHL. You will receive a tracking no with email from us when your order leaves our warehouse. This number is used for tracking your order and pick up. At this moment it´s not possible to track the orders sent by letters.

All orders placed before noon are shipped the same day. This means that you can collect your package the working day after your order was placed. (2 working days are applicable for north of Sweden and Gotland). For international shipments you should allow up to 10 days, depending on distance and custom routines. We will personally contact you if your shipping time for any reason will be longer than 10 days. Your order is stored at your local Postal service office for 2 weeks. Not collected orders that are shipped Cash on Delivery will be charged a penalty invoice of SEK 300.
The freight cost will be displayed when you goes to the "Checkout". All domestic orders exceeding SEK 1500 are free of shipping charges (does not include table tennis tables, robots, balls and "surrounders").
